TO DO LIST

Hope this will find you good. We have fixed February 2018 as a dead line for finishing tank
farm construction work (Mechanical work, Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation). I have
made a to do list for Mechanical works and hence I put forward it in front of you for your
kind concern.

JOB 1 Preparing a BOM for tank accessories (i.e Tank nozzle pipe, valve, fittings etc.) and
purchase those materials in time.

JOB 2 Preparing a BOM of tank connecting pipe and purchase those materials in time.

JOB 3 Preparing a BOM of tank fire line pipe and purchase accessories in time. We also need
to source fire pump supplier and then install fire system in site.

JOB 4 Preparing a BOM of tank foam line pipe and purchase accessories (i.e Foam Bladder
tank, Foam nozzle for tank) in time. We also need to source foam system supplier and then
install them in site.

JOB 5 Purchasing floating roof according to tanks as built drawing.

JOB 6 Need to Calculate dyke height and dyke volume.

JOB 7 Need to Purchase unloading pump.

JOB 8 Need to Purchase unloading hose.

JOB 9 Need to prepare as built drawing of shell; roof and bottom of all tanks after that
properly maintain documentation.

JOB 10 Sand blasting and painting of tank.

Today I will try to provide

JOB 6 Need to Calculate dyke height and dyke volume.
