I would say she should use the resume in 12-5 because it lists her skills and accomplishments in more

detail. It is organized and useful for finding things quickly. If I were given 15 minutes, I would shorten it a
little and try to fit more on the page. If there was nothing else to add, I would try to make the resume
look more appealing to the eye. I would also try and either put something in employment experience or
remove the field all together. If it were to be a company bigger than Google, such as IBM, I would try to
find or get some experience before sending in an application. Many companies look for not only grades
and GPA, but also experience in the field. The more experience you have with doing something, the
more qualified you are for the position.
