FIRMS NAME

ALEESA was formed from the surnames of the partners owning the firm. The co-owners are:
Mr. Marc Brianne Alix, Ms. Patricia Anne Lobina, Ms. Yle Nicole Ebreo, Ms. Angelica
Estalilla, Ms. Shella Jane Sacatin and Ms. Joanne Grace Alto. Also included in the name of the
firm is the service they offer, Accounting Services.

FIRMS LOCATION
The firm is to be located in Bayanan, Muntinlupa City, and no specific address yet. The owners
chose the location because the place is just perfect for the firm since Bayanan is the center of
trade and industry in Muntinlupa City. Small and medium-scale businesses, which are the target
clients, surround the area.
GOVERNMENT RELATIONS
The following are the responsibilities of the ALEESA Accounting Services in accordance with
the government standards about business aspects.

Competence and Technical Standards


1. Competence. The business shall not undertake any engagement which the licensee's or the
license's firm cannot reasonably expect to complete with professional competence.
2. Auditing Standards. The business shall comply with the standards in PSA and/or GAAS.
3. Accounting Principles. The business should comply with the standards in GAAP.

LONG TERM OBJECTIVE


1. The firm plans to become the leading brand in accounting service line of business, and also to
be the most top service business in the Philippines within the first five years of operation;
2. The firm is optimistic about further business expansions;

ALEESA Accounting Services wont be able to attain their objectives without the following:
1. Building trust and loyalty to clients;
2. Maintain up to date CPA certification and education in accounting practices and laws;
3. Going beyond clients money to proposing how they can increase their revenue.
FIRMS BACKGROUND
In January 5, 2017, Marc Brinne Alix, Patricia Anne Lobina, Yle Nicole Ebreo, Angelica
Estalilla , Shella Jane Sacatin and Joanne Grace Alto build a partnership called ALEESA
Accounting Services.
This is made for any business whether big or small to manage its daily functions and keeps the
business running successfully with the objective of maximizing their profits, minimizing their
losses and at the same time maintains its position as a responsible entity within the society. The
partnership ensures that their accounting services are of high value, done timely, in good faith,
and in accordance with the accounting principles that relates to it. The firm ensures their clients
that they have an adequate skill and knowledge to provide clients with reliable accounting
services backed by their guarantee.

PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
This Partnership Agreement is made on January 5,2017 between Mr. Marc Brianne Alix,
Ms. Patricia Anne Lobina, Ms. Yle Nicole Ebreo, Ms. Angelica Estalilla, Ms. Shella Jane
Sacatin and Ms. Joanne Grace Alto.

Name and Business- ALEESA


The parties hereby form a partnership under the name of ALEESA to produce accounting
firm business. The principal office of the business shall be located at Bayanan, Muntinlupa City.

Term
The partnership shall begin on January 5, 2017 and shall continue until terminated.

Capital
The capital of the partnership shall be contributed in cash by the partners as follows:
A separate capital account shall be maintained for each partner.
Neither partner shall withdraw any part of their capital account.
Upon the demand of either partner, the capital accounts of the partners shall be maintained at all
times in the proportions in which the partners share in the profits and losses of the partnership.
Profit and Losses
The net profits of the partnership shall be divided equally between the partners and the
net losses shall be borne equally by them. A separate income account shall be maintained for
each partner. Partnership profits and losses shall be charged or credited to the separate income
account of each partner. If a partner has 0 credit balance in their income account, losses shall be
charged to their capital account.

Salaries and Withdrawals


Neither partner shall receive any salary for services rendered to the partnership. Each
partner may, from time to time, withdraw the credit balance in their income account.

Interest
No interest shall be paid on the initial contributions to the capital of the partnership or on
any subsequent contributions of capital.

Management Duties and Restrictions


The partners shall have equal rights in the management of the partnership business, and
each partner shall devote their entire time to the conduct of the business. Without the consent of
the other partner neither partner shall on behalf of the partnership borrow or lend money, or
make, deliver, or accept any commercial paper, or execute any mortgage, security agreement,
bond, or lease, or purchase or contract to purchase, or sell or contract to sell any property bought
and sold in the regular course of its business.

Banking
All funds of the partnership shall be deposited in its name in such checking account or
accounts as shall be designated by the partners. All withdrawals there from are to be made upon
checks signed by either partner.

Books
The partnership books shall be maintained at the principal office of the partnership, and
each partner shall at all time have access thereto. The books shall be kept on monthly basis, shall
be closed and balanced at the end of the month. An audit shall be made as of the closing date.
Voluntary Termination
The partnership may be dissolved at any time by agreement of the partners, in which
event the partners shall proceed with reasonable promptness to liquidate the business of the
partnership. The partnership name shall be sold with the other assets of the business. The assets
of the partnership business shall be used and distributed in the following order:
(a) To pay or provide for the payment of all partnership liabilities and liquidating expenses and
obligations;
(b) To equalize the income accounts of the partners;
(c) To discharge the balance of the income accounts of the partners;
(d) To equalize the capital accounts of the partners;
(e) To discharge the balance of the capital accounts.

Security
Only individuals bearing the company ID are authorized to transact business and chose
deals with clients. Only computer generated receipt with various codes will be recognized by the
company.

Company Equipment
All company equipments are for work related only.

Company Policies
POLICY ON ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY
Official Work Hours- Employees are required to work eight (8) hours a day with one (1)
hour unpaid meal break and two (2) fifteen minute breaks.
Tardiness- An employee is considered tardy when he/ she reports for work after the start
of the official work hours or shift schedule. Every two (2) instances or an accumulation of 30
minutes of reporting late for work whichever comes first shall constitute one offense of tardiness.
Absence without official leave- An absence is defined as not reporting for work. Thus,
employees who report for work even during the last hour of their shift cannot be considered
AWOL.When an employee is absence without justifiable reason or the absence is not supported
by medical documents.
All AWOLs are considered as leave without pay even if employee has earned his leave
credits.
POLICY ON DRUG- FREE WORKPLACE AND MANDATORY DRUG TESTING
All employees are required to under a drug test for purposes of reducing the risk in the
workplace.

Contribution
All business will not exist without the aid of capital. Capital refers to all items of value whether
owned or borrowed used in business operation to generate profit. ALEESA, a partnership type of
business whereby the six partners equally contributed capital worth of Php.100,000.00 cash. The
business has contributed capital worth Php.600,000.00 with an additional bank loan of
Php.500,000.00 that sums up to Php.1,100,000.00 which is sufficient to start our business.

Marketing aspect presents a brief description of a service and an overview of a general

The target of the proposed project consists of business firms around the vicinity of
Bayanan, Muntinlupa City. Through this research we conducted, we are able to gather
information needed and do the research to facilitate more reliable information to support this
study.

ALEESA Accounting Services considers the following factors before establishing a Php
40,000.00 as the business annual service fee. The amount is priced for the small and medium
scale business only.

3. Determine the desired position in the marketplace, be the high-end and luxurious or the most
inexpensive ones.
