All timber members in roof frame shall be well seasoned , treated Class 01 timber

All exposed rafters end and other timber members shall be well planned, straight and selected
Class 01 timber as per the details of drawings.

All roofing timber that will be unseal upon complete of building shall be finished with the required
number of coats, of colorless wood preservatives and finish with water based wood finish as per
manufactures specifications to approved color samples.

Roof Frame work with Covering

Supply and fix asbestos roof sheet covering . 3 mm thick Mac foil insulation layer on timber
ceiling and timber roof frame work including 2"8" class 01 timber ridge plate, 3"5" timber wall
plate, 2"2" Class 01 timber battens 2 -6 ( 750) c/c and 2"5" Class 01 timber rafters 20" (500)c/c
, 3/4" tick 5"6" wide TUNA timber ceiling planks tongue and groove fixing without any groove
except the middle V groove etc. , in to sloping ceiling as per details drawings.

Supply and fix 1"9" size Class 01 timber valance board to edge of rafters as per the detail
drawings. Rates shall be included application of approved paint coats to match with eave gutter.

Supply and fix approved 6" wide 10" deep Zn/Al horizontal gutter and end caps with brackets at
suitable centers and all necessary gutter fittings as shown in the detail drawings.
