Q17 Please comment on the teacher candidate's overall effectiveness of instructional delivery.
Kirstie consistently demonstrated this performance standard. I observed highly-engaged children during their center time. Students
rotated through a variety of center activities, one using technology, and two centers with a teacher and a small group (3 to 6) of children.
This center approach provided students with individualized instruction at each child's level of instructional need. It was amazing to see a
large group of 6 year-olds so peacefully working at learning.

Kirstie had a good grasp on classroom management. The greatest strength of the classroom management aspect was that students
were engaged in meaningful instruction that kept them focused and on-task. No behavioral concerns were noted. The children were
highly-engaged in math centers in individualized or small-group instruction. Ms. Robison interacted enthusiastically and positively with
the children. The students responded well to her instruction.
