The NIKKA DENSOK HDI Series NEW DESIGN
Pinhole Inspector is designed to
inspect Blow Fill Seal (BFS) containers
for possible liquid leakage in either strip
form or as individual containers. The
compact design is ideal for integrating
into any production line for 100% in-
spection. The non-destructive high
voltage spark test system ensures
maximum inspection performance for HDI-11+DL
hermetically sealed products
manufactured from polyethylene or polypropylene materials. Quick changeover and easy
inspection parameter changes makes the HDI Series the perfect solution for inspecting a
variety of product sizes with minimal effort and no special tools. Other features include
stainless steel construction, easy access to controls and inspection parameter settings and
built in safety devices for worry free operation.

NIKKA DENSOK Auto Loading System


The HDI Series Pinhole Inspector can be designed to incorpo-
rate an Automatic Loading System for BFS cards regardless of
product size. The cards can be loaded mechanically or manu-
ally onto a flat conveyor system after deflashing. The cards are
then automatically loaded onto the inspection conveyor at the
correct timing sequence. This eliminates any timing and load-
ing problems associated with the cycling of the BFS machine.
