Read, copy and understand the information

1. Lest study about verb to be and vocabulary of family

El verbo TO BE, se traduce como SER o ESTAR. Su significado depende del sentido de la
oracin.

Por ejemplo:

I am a Doctor (Soy un doctor). Se aplicar como verbo SER

I am in my house (Estoy en mi casa). Se aplica como verbo ESTAR

El verbo TO BE, sirve para expresar la edad, en cuyo caso se traduce por TENER

Miremos algunos ejemplos:

Mary is 20 years old / Mara tiene 20 aos

I am 21 / Yo tengo 21 aos

How old are you? Cuntos aos tienes?

For example:

Para construir la forma negativa del verbo to be se aade NOT despus del verbo.

Miremos algunos ejemplos:

-I am not a teacher

-You are not a doctor

-he is not tired (El no est casado).
