LVT, NEUROLOGY COORDINATOR SUGAR LAND VETERINARY SPECIALISTS
JANUARY 2017-PRESENT
Developed SOPs, daily flow of the department, customer service satisfaction, and conducted training of
technicians. Worked with hospital administrator on budget for the department, marketing, and employee
conflict resolutions. Took charge of marketing to and as a contact person for 4 of our referring veterinary
clinics. Presented several CEs to veterinary community for Triage, Anesthesia, and Neurological
emergencies. Utilized Infinity to build a database of referring veterinarians which was analyzed to establish
a tier system based on referrals in order to optimize marketing strategies. Built a proposal to offer
emergency services 24 hours by building a database to analyze missed opportunities over the second
quarter.
