To my LAMS Family,

It is my pride and honor to be a part of the dynamic staff of your institution as the School
Dentist, I am honored to serve the school where I finished my high school back in 2005; I graduated in
CEU Manila October 2012 and passed the PRC Licensure exam last May 2013.

My program includes:

-Dental check up

- Basic Mixed dentition analysis (optional)

-participation in the Dental health week/month

-Follow up screening for the childs dental health progress before the school year ends.

I appreciate any amount that you will offer in between 60PHP to 80PHP per student, per check up;
the price will depend on how broad the Dental health program will be. We can schedule a meeting for
further explanation.
