“Plus” products are convertible to any available permanent policy without a new medical exam.
Premiums shown are for Term 20 Plus, a renewable term life insurance policy that guarantees the premium to remain level for 20 years from the Policy Date. The premiums quoted are based on the age of the
insured at nearest birthday and specified underwriting classification and are subject to change without notice. Premiums for issued policies may be different than the premiums shown based upon actual under-
writing classification. Generally, in the absence of fraud, after an amount of insurance has been in effect for two years during the insured’s lifetime, we cannot contest that amount due to a false statement made
in the application. In the event of death during the first two policy years by suicide or self destruction while insane, only the premiums paid will be returned as death proceeds. FlexTerm Series VI policies (Form
07-TR-1 and any state variations) are underwritten and issued by Ohio National Life Assurance Corporation, Cincinnati, Ohio. Guarantees are based on the claims-paying ability of the issuer. Product, product
features and rider availability vary by state. Company not licensed to conduct business in AK, HI and NY. Form 2944 Rev. 11-08

President As we begin our sixteenth season, the Solano Winds Community Concert Band is reaching
Chris Greene out to local businesses who would like to share in our growing success.
Vice President We are a non-profit corporation committed to performing high-quality concert band
Phil Doty literature well, and to have fun while we are doing it. Our four formal concerts each year are
presented to enthusiastic audiences, primarily at the Fairfield Center for Creative Arts. Solano Winds
Secretary has a loyal group of followers, and our concerts typically are performed for crowds at or near the
Liz Wildberger facility capacity of 365. We also precede each of these concerts with a free performance at Paradise
Valley Estates before an audience of 150-200 people.
Treasurer
Russ Grindle Our recent success, coupled with the changing nature of public funding for arts groups, has
led us to create new opportunities for the business community to become involved with our
Music Director organization.
Bill Doherty
First, we are pleased to announce that for the first time in our group's history we will be
accepting advertising in our concert programs. We endeavor to make our programs very informative
for our listeners, with extensive program notes and performer biographies. Samples of recent
programs can be found on our website at www.solanowinds.org/programnotes. The programs are
also distributed to each of our 55-60 performers for each concert, making the total distribution about
575-625. Our advertising rates are as follows:
Another opportunity that your business may wish to consider is that of becoming a "Concert
Sponsor" for one of our performances. This year, as a part of our "Sweet Sixteen" season, we will
present concerts along the four themes of "Ceremonies", "Celebrations", "Birthdays", and
"Anniversaries". You can be the exclusive sponsor of one of these programs for $1,500 and receive a
number of valuable benefits:
Recognition in all advertising, marketing, press releases, and programs for that concert
Your company's name and logo featured as a "Concert Sponsor" in our Annual Brochure
A complimentary half-page ad for that concert ($175 value)
A commemorative plaque
Knowledge that you are supporting the arts (in a very public manner!)
For more information on either our advertising or concert sponsorship programs, please
contact Chris Greene, President, at adsales@solanowinds.org or (510) 654-1488. Our benefit
packages include some deadlines to be met, so act today to receive the full package!
