This letter is to excuse the absence of our son, Roman Cyril A. Panganiban, from last
Wednesday's (July 12, 2017) Human Rights Law class.

He was already at school around 5 o'clock in the afternoon to attend your class scheduled
at 6 p.m. when he started to feel severe headache and dizziness which are symptoms of his
vertigo. Upon informing us, we advised him to go home because the symptoms will just get
worse if not rested immediately.

Attached are medical certificates from our visit to the doctor last February, when the
vertigo was diagnosed, and last Friday (July 14, 2017) for your reference.
