Reflection Week 3:

On the third week, I practiced other duties with my MST which includes monitoring the student in the
first break and guiding students to their buses which helped me to interact correctly with different
students. Also, I knew techniques to organize the students into lines to go to their classrooms like
freeze when the break time finishes Make a line when they will go to their classroom. In the
classroom, I started to teach the opening of math and English lesson which made me confident in each
day and with using simple strategies to be a less talkative teacher. In each day my starters were less
teacher centered and more students centered which shorter opening. Also, I started to find ways to
assess the low ability students like counting with beans or using a small board to re-teach the
information. Beans used as constructivism method because students were actively learning the concepts
of grouping in the multiplication by grouping the beans equally.

Overall, my next goal is to do an extra activity for the lesson that has opening and activity to get me
more involved in teaching to improve my overall teaching.
