Anxiety Disorder

Some may not know the way anxiety disorder could be diagnosed but its actually isn't so hard to

physicians and psychiatrists. There the one to diagnose a person of having anxiety disorder if

they see the symptoms occur about six months and interference at work, school, and home. What

people don't seem to understand that at times its a little harder to tell if someone does have an

anxiety disorder or not because Cardiovascular disease, menopause, and other also causes similar

symptoms of an anxiety disorder. And the most common anxiety disorder that are found are

panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD),

social phobia (or social anxiety disorder).

People that do have anxiety disorder get treated with psychotherapy, medications, and

both like anti-anxiety medications like beta-blockers, antidepressant. And some of the

medications some people get as treatments don't work for everyone. So they get other different

medications until they find out the one that works out on a patient the most. Some risk factors for

having an anxiety disorder is getting divorced or widowed, parental history of mental disorders,

being a female, and anxiety disorders in close biological relatives etc.

During times when a person gets an anxiety panic attack the symptom you tend to notice

are trembling , dizziness, weakness, they feel cold and over heated. Than they start feeling chest

pain, shortness of breath, rapid breathing, hyperventilating. They get panic attack at any moment
especially when they least expect it. And the people that have PTSD experience traumatic

moments over and over. Which caused them to get angry fast, Insomnia, nightmares, sadness.

By having anxiety disorder those that are close to you, love once wouldn't treat you

differently just because you have an disorder. Even if you dont tell the people around you the

most about your disorder they would still be able to notice that you have anxiety disorder. They

would notice that your jittery, anxious or seen you have a panic attack, or nightmares, and OCD

because you would be cleaning your hands a lot. For your love once its a relief when they know

your getting help for the disorder. Which would help them know what treatment youll need and

understand that you will be okay so its always a good idea to communicate with your love once

about whats going on with you.

Being married and having one spouse with an anxiety disorder is really hard. Because

just by a person having an anxiety disorder its already a difficult situation to handle. That's why

those with severe anxiety disorders wouldn't be able to function to well thats why they get

married at a lower percentage than those that don't have an anxiety disorder. The medications

patients are getting to treat their anxiety disorder do tend to have an effects on them sexually.

They could affect their libido, and interest in sex also their ability to achieve orgasm.
