2 GOAL

The goal of this instruction is to complete a system refresh for ABAP system running on SAP HANA.

The below instruction is divided in three parts.

(1) Technical preprocessing activities

(2) HANA DB restore using specific data backup or storage snapshot option.

(3) Technical post processing activities

3 VALIDITY

This is valid for SAP systems running on HANA

4 RESULTS

The result is a refreshed system running on Linux with a HANA database.

6 PRE PROCESSING STEPS
