Each Nurse has to complete 9 Stages to become a UK Registered Nurse. These Stages are called IFI
Stages (Immigration Financial Instruction Stages). These stages take approximately 6 months in India
and approx. 4 months in the UK. The Nurse will start earning their UK Salary from the moment they
reach the UK and join the UK Hospital.

Salaries start from GBP 1,360 per month for Band 3 Nurse; Band 5 Nurses will earn approx. GBP
1,800 per month and salaries can go up to GBP 2,500 per month depending on performance &
experience.

UK Immigration costs approximately Rs. 15.5 Lakhs. Of this amount, approx. Rs. 14 Lakhs is paid by
the UK Hospital for the nurses flight tickets, training for OSCE, accommodation for 4 weeks, etc. The
Nurse only pays approx. Rs. 1.5 Lakhs spread across 6 months towards completion of their own
immigration:
1. Costs Borne by the Nurse
Each Nurse has to spend approximately Rs. 1,50,000 on their own
interview pre-screening tests, interview preparation, DMV, police
clearance, NMC procedures, UK NHS procedures and UK Certificate
of Sponsorship. IELTS UKVI, visa procedures and emigration
procedures required to immigrate to the UK & be recognized as a
UK Registered Nurse.

2. Costs that are optional for each Nurse

There are Optional Trainings available to help each Nurse achieve
their goals in IELTS, CBT and OSCE. These are choices that the
Nurse can take for their self-improvement and skill
enhancement: Approximately Rs. 35,000.
