STATEMENT TO FILL THE HOLES WITH CABLE LADDER, CABLE TRAY AND TRUNKING
THROUGH THE WALL LOCATION (Xem hnh 1/ Figure 1)
1. Lp t sleeve/ Install sleeves:
- Gia cng sleeve lm bng tn dy 0.8mm, c kch thc tng ng vi thang mng cp i qua
tng.
Produce sleeves: Made by 0.8mm thick steel, the size corresponding to the cable tray, cable trunking
& cable ladder through the wall.
- Ct tng kch thc tng ng vi kch thc sleeve. c l xuyn tng theo v tr ct.
Cut the wall size corresponding to sleeves size. Chisel hole through the wall in the cut position.

Put the sleeves into holes that are perforated on the wall. Apply cement mortar to flat, square.
2. Lp t thang mng cp xuyn qua sleeves t trn tng.
Install cable tray ladders through the sleeves placed on the wall.
3. Sau khi tng hon thin xy t, thang mng cp c ko dy hon tt s tin hnh backfill l.
The contractor will fill the hole after the wall is completed, the electric cable is pulled in the cable
tray
- Vt t chun b/ Preparation materials:
+ Tn dy 0.8 mm ct kch thc tng ng vi thang mng cp v l sleeves.
Sheet metal thickness 0.8 mm cutting size corresponding to cable trunking (and cable ladder, cable
tray) and hole sleeves.
+ Silicone/ Silicone
+ inh thp/ Steel nails

Use silicone plastered on the surface of the steel sheet and paste on a wall surface. Steel nail
fixed sheet steel to the wall.

At the opposite wall face: insert the silicone into the crevice between the cable tray ladder and
the sleeves. Use silicone plastered on the sheet steel and stick to the wall. Steel nail fixed plate sheet
metal to the wall.

+ V sinh bi bn, silicon v tr fill l./ Clean the fill location.

2mm cut to size corresponding to cable ladder (or cable tray, cable trunking) and the technical hole.
+ Silicone/ Silicone
+ Tc k, vt/ Anchors, screws.
- V sinh b mt l thang mng cp xuyn sn: Lau sch bi bn mt trn v mt di l k thut v
thang mng cp, gi kh ro/ clean the backfill location
2. Thc hin backfill l/ Implementation of hole backfill: (xem hnh 2/ Figure 2)

+ Bn silicone kn gia m tn v sn/ Seal silicone between the sheet metal and slab.
+ V sinh bi bn, silicon khu vc backfill l/ clean the backfill location.
- Ti mt sn/ On the floor
+ Chn rockwool vo k h gia thang mng cp v thnh l./ Insert rockwool into the gap between
the cable ladder and the hole.
+ Dng silicone trt u ln mt tn v dn tn ln mt sn/ Glued to the floor sheet metal plate with
silicone.
+ Khoan sn v ng tc k, vn vt gi cht tn/ Install anchor bolts fixed sheet metal plate.
+ Bn silicone kn gia m tn v sn/ Seal silicone between the sheet metal and floor.
+ V sinh bi bn, silicone ti v tr backfill l/ Clean the fill hole location
