The rule government retire person:8th pay scale system.

If your job years are more than 25 you can take retire at any time and it will follow the 8th pay
system scale.
If your jobs years are less than 25 and you choose retire as your wish you cannot get the policy
of pension.
If your job year is between 5-24 years , pension system will be followed-
Death
Government makes a medical board and thinks you are not workable.
Loss the job .

8th pay scale pension facilities:

1.Pension year is 5-25 instead of 10-25.

2.Pension rat system is fixed 90% instead of 80%.

3.Pension year is changed into 5 years instead of 10 years.

4.Retire person will get monthly pension 3000 taka.

5. if retire person age is less than 65 years they will get 40% and exactly 65 or more than 65 than they
will get 50% rate monthly pension.

6.if a government officer dies or face physical appearance before his jobs year is more than 5 years ,
here his salary will be triple and his family will get facilities instead of 15,000.

7.if government officers wife is widow and if she wants money ; she have to promise that she will not
married again. The policy now is changed and the government officers wife age is more than 50 than
she will not have to agree with this marriage policy.

8. Death government women officers pension will get her family if her husband does not marry again
, his husband will get it for 15 years.

9.The retire people will get 18th month salary instead of 12th months which is equal to his or her equal
salary .

10. Medical rate become 1500 instead of 700 and if retire person s age is more than 65 than they will
get 2500.
