Strengths of the lesson:

Children all working well, on task when I arrived
Calm, approachable manner when monitoring
Children well behaved and respectful
End of the lesson very well managed (quieten down)
Good relationship with MST

Eman, since I only saw a short part of the lesson I cannot say more. I will give you a fuller
observation report next time.

Focus for next lesson:

Think more about establishing contact and a relationship with your students rather than
marking
Instructions should be clear, simple and to the point for the weaker students
Make sure you include extra activities for the high level students if necessary

Completed lesson plan for every lesson, printed and available to MST and MCT upon request
Ensure lesson plans have sufficient detail to secure effective delivery
Lesson plans are linked to long range and unit plans to develop
Learning objectives are testable and directly linked to curriculum outcomes
Lesson plans have clear assessment which includes formative and/or summative activities
Lesson plans are balanced securing lessons which are engaging, effective and student centered
Differentiation has been incorporated into lesson plans where appropriate and needed
