Team Members: Alexandria Raessner, Huy Le, Alexis Cortez, & Tracy Mae De Vera

Mission:

The iFixit Ralph teams objective is to provide written instructions for repairing a Samsung

supporting a friendly environment. There will be an accurate and descriptive set of instructions

on how to repair a broken component of the computer, that will be easy to read for appropriate

ages of the public. Our job will be to break the computer down as a team and create new and

efficient ways to fix the main component. Huy, our designated photographer will photograph the

elements of the computer demonstrating the next required step, creating a more focused and

helpful experience for the global viewers. Our research managers, Huy and Alexis, will lead the

team in the production process of the manual, finding efficient solutions. The editor, Tracy Mae,

will organize the guide and make it appropriate to a technical standard. The project manager,

Alexandria, will take charge of the project, review teams work for submission, communicate
