Personal response: Lecture 12

In this lecture we learnt about the ethical issues that a

student or writer can face while conducting a
research. Ethics are the moral values or the rules or
beliefs made by a society. Ethics helps people to
separate between right and wrong. This lecture taught
me about the different ethical principles and the
ethical considerations one should keep in mind while
conducting a research. This lecture also shed light on
the major ethical issues in research. I also learned
about the informed consent and its importance while
conducting a research. And I also became familiar with
other ethical issues such as Vulnerable Participation,
Dishonesty, Privacy Anonymity and Voluntary
Participation.
