CITE SITUATION: pinagsabay overflowing quizzes and reports, extension of float for org contest was
extended. limited human resource, event prep was cancelled due to suspension and we had to do it on the
same day itself.
- di maiiwasan stress. just like risk. not intimidated. solution work harder.
- be positive about it. dont panic it's organic. be optimistic. bc your simple gestures actually influence how
people will respond.
- key is to make it a goal; work harder; THRIVE UNDER ORESSURE. if it happened that you have to stay up
all night doing the task rather than spending a rest day then so be it. work harder.

makulit buyer, too skeptical, offensive comment on product
what motivates u to do best on job? challenge, achievement and recognition. test results, prompt to do
better. encouragement. motivation is always the key. for ex, if a customer or my employer commends me
for my job, then the acknowledgement is enough to boost myself to work harder
set goals, fulfill it. surpass it. it's a never ending cycle of success. once u achived something, you work to
gain more. Dont just go whatever floats your boat. person without goals is not motivated hence not achieve
anything/

a easy task?

Late bc of inevitable instances like MRT but for most of the time, I attend my class ahead of time.
Give one time that you applied time for management skills
Most of the time I really make a schedule of how I am working towards a goal, bc it keeps me focused and
goal oriented. Now that the finals week is approaching, I had to reread my books cover to cover but since I
allocated time per day for each chapter. It will be a less burden for me even if unplanned circumstances
arise. In time management, it is important to leave a room for contingency. There were unplanned events
that needs to be attended to, some were essential some were not. However I should always set my prioities
straight.

Suspension of class with the last day of preparation in our event. event starts the next day as early as 7am.
no time to prepare.
work as a group. delegate tasks for efficiency. work harder. take it constructively to leave room for
contigency

remain calm. never lose temper, no matter how rude. dont take it personally. listen and if there
was an actual mistake, whether me or not, listen before you can talk and sympathize.
apologize even if it's not your fault. solution. resolve on own according to protocols in my
postion. IF ayaw parin, I would esscalate tthe concern to immediate supervisor since there are
certain limits on our position which the higher ups are usually expertly taken.
someone tells you that they made their drink wrong while u are packed with more orders they
demand a free drink or a refund what do u do

As long as the work does not conflict my class schedule, I am willing to work overtime. Ive placed myself in

quality customer service is going out of your way or going the extra mile to provide customer
