Intervention Plan: I will conduct a survey of teachers who may or may not have experience
with coaching in their setting to determine the need and current effectiveness of coaching. I
will then interview experts in the coaching field, as well as directors currently using it, and
analyze a model that would likely be most effective based on feedback.
