In each semester, I should choose three PDP goals to apply and achieve them during my teaching practice. For semester seven, I will
do my teaching practice in a government Kindergarten named A l-Sundos Kindergarten. So, I chose three PDP goals which are using
positive oral feedback, enhancing the transition system to managing the children and applying extra hands -on activities. In this report,
I will mention the reason for choosing each goal and factors to apply them.

a song to get their attention and manage them to apply the transition. Turn on a song is an effective method to apply it for transition
because it is one of the best techniques to attract the childrens attention and manage them through using indirect way.
Videoing the children during the transition in the data collection tool that I will use it to record the success of the transition
method. Moreover, the video will include the development of the childrens management.
As my MCTs advice in the previous TP, I chose to apply extra hands -on activities to support the childrens creativity and
understanding. However, it is a challenge to apply hands -on activities in the government kindergartens because they rely on the
books tasks to identify the childrens understanding more than hands -on activities. I will start engaging the children with hands-on
activities from the second week in the kindergarten. The MST support is needed to achieve the goals because she will help me in
observing the children and make sure they integrate with the activity. Thus, I will achieve my goal and the children will develop
their learning and mental skills.
I will apply a hands-on activity by starting with describing the learning outcomes which give the children a clear description of they
will achieve in the activity. The second action is showing the children a final result of the activity but without tell ing them the steps
of the activity. For the reason that to let the children use their thoug hts and do the activity through investing and discovering.
I will take pictures of the children and their work while they are doing the activity to keep it as proof of the children interaction and
development. Then I will save their work in their file to save it as evidence of the childrens improvement through applying a hands -
on activity.
It is significant to prepare for the teaching practice by establishing the PDP goals to be organize d and following a plan to achieve it.
Furthermore, that will develop my professionalism and teaching performance.
