Total: 1630 calories
After doing this project, I learned that every day I have to put in enough

calories so that the body can function well throughout the day. Because Im skinny

and dont eat regularly so after setting up the calorie intake table I figure out that if I

put in enough healthy foods for a day, I can have a good work performance and my

brain can study better. If I dont eat enough or even skip a meal, I will get really tired

after work and I dont have enough energy to study for that day.

3 Nutrition goals

1) Id substitute 1 cup of Greek Yogurt (100) instead of 1 can of coke (140).

2) Id substitute 1 avocado (322) instead of 1 Starbucks Caramel Flan Frappuccino
