Description of Site Organization Chart

1. Project Manager
The Project Manager has a full authority and overall responsibilities for carrying out the
Project as the Companys on-site representative. The Project Manageris assigned by the
performing organization to achieve the project objective which is to finish successfully the
Karian multipurpose dam project. Hedirects and coordinates all phases of the workassociated
with the design, procurement, planning,scheduling and control of the project.

2. Deputy Project Manager


The Deputy Project Manager is second in charge of a project under the Project Manager. The
Deputy Project Managerhas overall responsibilitiesto assist Project Manager and to
implement the Project within budget and in time.The deputy project manager controls four
departments such asconstruction department, cost &planning department, administration
department and quality control department.

3. Construction Manager
The Construction Manager is responsible forcontrolling all construction works of the Project
includingthe determination of appropriate construction methods, preparation and submission
budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports, and supervision of subcontractors
and construction engineers.

4. Cost & Planning Manager


The Cost &Planning Manager provides Project Management with a realistic plan for
completing the Project within an established time and budget to meet the requirement of the
Contract. The Cost & Planning Manager is also responsible for managing scheduler, cost
controller, environmental controller, and proper document control. The manager reviews
progress and cost tracking reports and changes schedule. Also, the manager evaluates
construction methods and determines cost-effectiveness of plans.

5. Administration and Support Manager


The Administration and Support manager is in charge of labor relation, company personnel
administration, accounting functions, payroll, office service, and document control.

6. Quality Control Manager


The Quality Control manager has the responsible for setting specific standards for
construction performance, usually through the plans and specifications, measure variances
from the standards, take action to correct or minimize adverse variances, and plan for
improvement in the standards. The manager manages field supervisors and engineers to
meet the specifications and standards regarding surveying, laboratory, earth work, structure,
grouting, and safety control part.

7. Safety Engineer
The Safety Engineer oversees and directs all policies with regards to an employer's safety
program. The engineer develops and administers programs that educate employees on, and
ensure compliance with, all regulations issued by the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration and other government agencies.

8. Design Engineer
The Design Engineer has the responsibility to carry out the management of dam design
analyses, including slope stability, seepage, water balance, surface water and groundwater.
Also, the design engineer is in charge of design change to achieve cost effective design, if
the design change is needed.

9. Tunnel Engineer
The Tunnel Engineer is responsible for implementing tunnel works of the Project tunneling
and engineering methods. Work closely with the Project Manager and theConstruction
Manager. The works are involved with site investigations, analysis of site, plan for the work,
and execution of tunnel construction.

10. Dam Engineer


The Dam Engineer is responsible for providing technical input for methodologies of dam
construction. Work closely with the Project Manager and the other Construction Engineers.
The works are involved with site investigations, analysis of site, plan for the work, execution
of dam construction, and design changes.

11. Road Engineer


The Road Engineer is responsible for providing technical input for methodologies of road for
dam construction. Work closely with the project manager and the other construction
engineers. The works are involved with site investigations, analysis of site, plan for the work,
execution of road construction.

12. Construction Engineer


The Construction Engineer has the responsibility to carry out all dam construction works
includinga dam control office building, a station house, upstream coffer dam, downstream
coffer dam, Main dam, saddle dam, spillway, intake and outlet works.

13. Field supervisor


The Field Supervisor has the responsibility to supervise field construction works and schedule
and progress of each field works. The Field Supervisor controls and manages the
subcontractors, labors and equipments.

14. Grouting engineer/ Geologist


The Grouting Engineer/Geologist is responsible for surveying the foundation of the dam site,
executing suitable grouting, measuring and monitoring performance in dam foundation
grouting projects including recording of: grout flow, pressures, permeability, grout take and
mix designs.
15. Geotechnical Engineer
The geotechnical engineer is responsible for control technical input for methodologies of
geotechnical engineering for embankment and concrete dams.The engineer is in charge of
zoning of embankment dams, site investigations,stability analysis under normal loads for
embankment and concrete gravity dams.

16. Hydrologist
The hydrologist is responsible for integrating measurement and modeling, reviewing
statistical hydrology, and calculating amount of ground water and Infiltration. Also, the
hydrologist review and modify the design of hydroelectric power generation.

17. Electrical Engineer


The electrical engineer is responsible for controlling technical input for methodologies of
electrical engineering for dam construction and electrical and control systems for water
control structures such as dams, spillways, intakes and outlets, pipelines, penstocks;
generators and excitation systems; generator grounding systems; generator buses; generator
circuit breakers; unit step-up transformers; power plant high voltage switchyards; balance of
plant electrical systems such as medium and low voltage switchgear, motor control centers,
DC battery systems, backup generators, etc.; protection and control systems; grounding
systems.

18. Mechanical Engineer


The mechanical engineer is responsible for controlling technical input for methodologies of
mechanical engineering for dam construction.The works for the mechanical engineer are
involved with construction and operation of power generation and related mechanical works.
