1. Read the Bible, devotionals lesson study more

2. Sing in the morning while taking a bath

3. Jump ten times or walk every hour while at work

4. Do something novel with the kids once a week.

5. Exercise at least 10-15 minutes a day when I get home from work.

6. Make a shrine to increase engagement with possessions that make me happy.

7. Clean your office, make your bed
