SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ZERINE R. LOPEZ, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Bluementritt, Sta. Cruz,
Manila, Philippines, do hereby appoint, name and constitute ELVIRA K. RAMOS,
also of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of District 1, Cauayan City,
Isabela, Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, and for that purpose,
in my name and in my behalf, to do and perform all or any of the following acts,
deeds, and things, to wit:

1. To exercise supervision over any parcels of land situated at Isabela Province

to which ownership is bestowed on me;

2. To initiate, defend and commence legal actions on my behalf over issues

relating to any parcels of land situated within the Province of Isabela to
exercise or maintain ownership.

Giving and granting unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to do
and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authorities, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully
do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that any of my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to
be done by virtue hereof.
