1. General Principles
This Quotation Sheet is formulated by Glodon International P/L. Glodon International P/L. shall be
responsible for interpretation and reserve the right of modification in accordance with the fluctuations of the
market.
Life-Time Version
NOTE:
1. Life-time Version Means software licenses are perpetual. For keeping software product in latest version,
it is optional to pay yearly upgrade charges. For software products purchased in 2016, it's free charge for
the first year. For the following year, upgrade fee is 10% of marketing price. Upgrading service is
optional.
2. Yearly Service is 10% of charge for the first year, it is optional for clients to choose for the second year.
Price is 10% of marketing price each year. Yearly Service consist of products training on-site support,
on-line support, and hot-line support.

4. The above price is valid until next 2 weeks after we send the quotation

6. Service and maintenance report
Service and Maintenance include the following during every subscription year:
o Software update
Updates, modifications, refinements and enhancements of the software will be provided once they
are released or incorporated into the software without any cost implication.
o Telephone support
Hot-line service is provided for assistance of software operation. And if necessary, for fault
diagnosis and correction.
o Online Q&A
Online service is provided from 08:30 to 17:30 via email, instant messaging agent or remote
assistant software.
Training
o Software practice with our Glodon product expert. Training contents consist of:
(i) all-rounded fundamental controls of our products;
(ii) CAD basic knowledge; and
(iii) The application of BIM technology
o Learning materials
Softcopies of lecture notes and user guidelines will be provided for the training participants and it
will be given during the training time.
o Project guidance
In order to enhance the experience of using our software during the daily practice, customer can
receive our guidance of one ongoing project provided within 4 weeks since the training classes
completed
ANNUAL On-Site Technical Support Consultant fee 750K per day Transportation and
SERVICE Accommodation Charge as per bill
Online Technical Support IDR 5,000,000/ year
Exhibition- Conference
ANNUAL For New Function, New Version, Bug, Installation Issues. 10% of the market price of the year
