4 Functional check & Simulation of ATS with 2 out of 3 schemes Shutdown

5 Testing of Existing protection relay & scheme checks verification and interlock
checks in Fahud 33KV GIS panel L12 and R12.

6 HV power cable Hi-pot testing from Fahud SS- First Riser Pole, Black Top Road
crossing, Scrap Yard and FCS Substation up to Incomer -2.
7 Line Impedance and Megger testing of new 33KV OHL and Extension OHL
from Fahud PS
8 Commissioning of New OHL-2 from L12 GIS panel up to FCS incomer -2 panels

9 Commissioning of Incomer -2 with Bus 2 Right side after opening of Bus

coupler. (Ensure 415LV panel Bus is feeding from TX-1 incomer and B/C-1&2
closed)
10 Energizing of TX2 and TX3 transformer from Bus 2 with new OHL-2.
Changeover 415V Bus from TX1 supply to TX2 and 3 Transformer source.

11 Shutdown 33KV Incomer -1 and OHL-1, disconnection of existing Cable from

OGC Feeder at Airport Switch Rack,- Shutdown activity
12 Replacement of existing Vertical Disconnector at FCS end Terminal pole with
new Disconnector without FUSE holder. - Shutdown activity
13 Commissioning of New OHL-1 from R12 GIS panel up to FCS incomer -1 panels
