Bell Ringer Time: 2 min


PowerPoint question that consist of prior knowledge of the Supreme Court.

Time: 2 min
Discuss Bell ringer with students while and clarify any confusion.
Procedure:

Power-point and video lecture that talks about the brief history of the Time: 12min
Supreme Court, important concepts, and landmark Supreme Court Cases.
Question game on lecture. Game will consist of students getting into 3
Assessment: groups. Each group will name their group and each group will also get a ball. Time: 14
Teacher will place a trash can next to the white board. Each group will Min
select a shooter and the shooter will stand 6 feet away from the trash can.
Teacher will then pull a question from PowerPoint and them tell shooter to
shot. Whoever makes the basket first gets to answer first. If that team does
not answer correctly, the team that scored second will have a chance to
answer and steal the points. Each question answered is equivalent to 1
point.
