REPORTING OFFICERS NARRATIVE
Arrived the scene at Room 204 on the 2nd floor of Dai-Sang Industrial Building at 6:46
am. The premise is the main office of a trading company named The Lucky Spirit Co. Ltd.
Reported 2 unconscious Asian males with obvious external injuries, 1 to his head and
another to his abdomen. Preliminary assessment indicated that both men were already
dead. There were apparent signs of struggling at the scene, and 1 pistol-like object was
identified. Security guard Mr. LAM recognized both men to be frequent visitors to the
trading company.

SUMMARY REPORT OF SCENE
Crime Scene Investigators Narrative:

Primary Body Examination:

Investigator arrived at 9:35 am. Investigator was directed through the hallway, and
found a dead body, male in his mid 30s, laying on the floor facing the floor with his
legs facing the door of Room 204. Visual inspection indicated the victim was
wearing light blue floral short-sleeved shirt, dark blue jeans with belt and sneakers.
The victim was 219 cm tall. Investigator verified the victim had no signs of life
including respiration and heartbeat and pronounced the victim deceased at 9:45
am.

A knife was found stabbing into the abdomen of the body, which was 36 x 1.5 cm;
with the stabbing wound of 4 x 5 cm. Blood found on left ankle of the victims foot
and right elbow. Apparent cause of death is penetrating abdominal trauma due to
penetration of sharp object.
Evidence Collected on Body:
1. 1 blue floral short-sleeved shirt, size M
2. 1 pair dark blue jeans, size M
3. 1 leather belt
4. 1 pair sneakers, blood stain on right foot sneaker
5. 1 knife

7. 7 metal bullets

9. $180 cash (1 $100 note, 4 $20 notes)

Opinions:
Apparent Manner of Death: Murder
Apparent Cause of Death: Penetrating Abdominal Trauma
Remarks:
1. Victims Name could be CHEUNG Tai-Wah
2. Possible immediate cause of death could be peritonitis, internal bleeding or
bowel content infection, suggest further autopsy
3. Suggest further checking on liver temperature to determine the actual time of
death.
Crime Scene Investigation:

3 Blood footprints found in the scene, 1 on the right corner of the pillar of the
building, 2 outside the fire exit. A wooden plate and a mob were found on the left
corner of the pillar of the building A flipped chair is outside the fire hose reel
cabinet. Blood stains were found on the edge and the handle of the fire hose reel
cabinet. A black gym bag was found in the fire hose reel cabinet. A blue blood-
stained shirt is found in the bag, with a screwdriver, a spanner and a pair of pliers. 2
pieces of papers are found under the bag inside the fire hose reel cabinet.

Remarks:
1. Bloody footprints did not match with sneakers of victims
2. Suggest DNA Analysis on all blood stains and footprints
3. Suggest further fingerprint analysis on the fire hose reel cabinet handle and
fire exit handle
4. Suggest further investigation on the fire exit ladder of the building
5. Evidence details and position sees crime scene floor plan and inventory of
evidence
