The Nitrogen cycle

In this cycle first the nitrogen in the atmosphere will get taken a nitrogen fixing prokaryotes.
Then the Nitrogen fixing prokaryotes converts Nitrogen to Ammonia. Then Nitrifying
Prokaryotes converts the Ammonia to Nitrates[NO2] and Nitrites[NO3]. The some of the NO2
and NO3 will be taken in by a plat for the plant to use and then the plant releases back to the
atmosphere as Nitrogen. And the rest of the NO2 and NO3 will be taken by Denitrifying
Prokaryote to be changed back to nitrogen to release back to the atmosphere to continue the
cycle.
The solution to get nitrogen in the farm

For the solution first we go around the island to get old and not edible fruits and
vegetables,wood ,ashes ,grass clippings and anything you can get to make good compost.Then
while that is being made we can use the compost and fertilizer we find in shops are households.
When that is used we could use the compost we are making now. Then to make more compost
we can use what we are growing now and make a cycle to create crops until the planes and
boats come to hawaii again.
How to make compost and what it contains

In a compost there is mainly Carbon and Nitrogen. But the Ratio of Carbon and Nitrogen is 25
to 30 parts Carbon and 1 part nitrogen not all thing might not have that but that is the ideal ratio
to make compost. To make compost you usually use anything that was alive and has carbon
and nitrogen. For example Ashes and wood [25:1], Fruit waste{ 35:1} etc. Then you mix them to
make compost.
What are humans normally doing to get
enough of the nutrient crop

Humans normally get these nutrients by using fertilizer. The reason why we use fertilizer is
because we need Nitrogen to grow a plant and in the fertilizer there is a lot of Nitrogen. But in a
complete fertilizer you are going to have nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium for sure in them.
What does it mean for the human
population and environment
For the human population we used fertilizers to get our nitrogen and other nutrients in the
fertilizers to grow more food using less land . And this made it so we had a lot of food and
because of that the population went up.

But for the environment it is bad. Because of the nitrogen going into the ocean or whatever
place with a large amount of water. Then that makes the moss and allergies to grow quickly
because of the fertilizers then they die. Then bacteria eats the moss and allergies and while
doing so consumes the oxygen in the water. Creating a space where nothing could live there
because there is not oxygen. This is called the dead zone
What impact on your particular cycle does
that have

For the nitrogen cycle the main way we affect is farming . Because we use fertilizers to grow
food that greatly adds more nitrogen in the soil causing the soil to lose its nutrients like
calcium.Also the runoff going into the ocean causes dead zones in the water . The other way we
affect the nitrogen cycle by burning fossil fuel this lets out a lot of nitrogen in the air and this is
the reason for the greenhouse effect. All these things made it so we doubled the amount of
nitrogen in the cycle .
