Dear Engr. David:

We submit together with our prototypes documentation, A Variable 5 15V Power Supply,
you assigned last commissioned last January 03, 2017 during our laboratory meeting. The
necessary specifications subsequently met were as follows:

* Output: 5 15V
* Terminal Outputs indicating polarity
* Led Indicator for On/Off

This documentation explains on the technical information concerning our project. The schematic
diagram, list of components, and the relevant computations on how we achieved the required
variable 5-15Vdc output will be further explained in the proceeding sections.

We also like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to apply the concepts we have learned in
our Electronics 1 lecture. We hope that this documentation will meet your requirements.
