documents such as Invoices, Credit
Notes, Stock transfers, etc.
3. Interface with GSP for error free transfer
of data to and from GSTN.
4. Customize Oracle EBS Financials and
SCM to support GST Reformation needs
5. Develop Dashboard for review and
reconciliation of Input credit and its
utilization
6. Change/customize all reports
7. Notifications/alerts to suppliers for timely
transfer of their data

TOTAL Bonjour Retail outlets across Nigeria

This Android based application helps
WHOLESALE sales force in:
1. Planning and managing their journey
DISTRIBUTION and daily route plan.
2. Checking and recording stocks at
SFA customer outlets.
3. Monitoring online stock status at
warehouses.
4. Booking and confirming sales orders,
or making cash sales (Secondary
market).
5. Providing up-to-date status on
receivables that helps in collection
follow-up.
6. Communicating via sms/email and
sharing information with customers
as well as Sales Managers
This solution is fully and seamlessly
integrated with Oracle EBS R12 as well
Tally and is presently used by over 700
Sales Reps in Nigeria and Ghana
VAN SALES An MS Windows based SFA application that
supports cash sales operations in a distribution

SFA business The application is implemented in an


hand-held device with in-built printer, camera,
GPS, GPRS, Biometrics, Bar code scanner,
and help in order booking, invoicing, cash
collection and stock, cash accounting.

Additional features include ability to track


stocks at customer outlets, handle various
schemes and discounts, batch control & expiry
tracking, Journey plan tracking via GPS and
comprehensive real time metrics on sales,
stock and collections.

This solution too is seamlessly integrated with


Oracle EBS R12 and is currently used by 200
Sales Reps in Ghana for their Van Sales of
FMCG products to retail.

BUSINESS collaborative, corporate MIS solution with

ANALYTICS in-built multi-dimensional analytics and


social like capabilities. The solution from
Domo, USA supports a range of KPI based
pre-defined graphical and dashboard
representations available across devices
including Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile.

It has both downstream and upstream


integration with a wide range of tools
including Oracle EBS, mySQL, MS-Excel in
a secured way. As per business demand, it
can be deployed in a short duration of 8 to
12 weeks with setup being carried out on a
central location and rolled-out to users on a
cloud based environment.
This Application is integrated with our
Sales force JP SFA applications and receives GPS

TRACKER data inputs from those applications.
