la teza de doctor n economie cu tema:
Particularitile contabilitii veniturilor i cheltuielilor la ntreprinderile
de transport auto,
Gherasimov Mihail, Chiinu, 2011

Structura tezei: introducere, trei capitole, concluzii i propuneri, bibliografie din 151 denumiri,
17 anexe, 122 paginile textului de baz, 20 tabele, 2 scheme i 8 figuri. Rezultatele obinute snt
publicate n 9 lucrri tiinifice.

Scopul lucrrii: elaborarea dispoziiilor teoretice, bazelor metodologice i recomandrilor
practice privind perfecionarea contabilitii veniturilor i cheltuielilor la ntreprinderile de
transport auto.
Sarcinile cercetrii: precizarea noiunii, precum i determinarea componenei i clasificrii
veniturilor i cheltuielilor la ntreprinderile de transport auto; stabilirea particularitilor
recunoaterii i evalurii veniturilor i cheltuielilor n cazul prestrii serviciilor de transport auto;
examinarea critic a problemelor practicii contabilitii veniturilor i cheltuielilor din transportul
de mrfuri, prestarea serviciilor de expediie i de alt natur i perfecionarea acestora, precum
i a cheltuielilor legate de accidentele rutiere.
Noutatea i originalitatea tiinific: clasificarea veniturilor i cheltuielilor la ntreprinderile de
transport auto; evaluarea i momentul recunoaterii veniturilor i cheltuielilor n funcie de
condiiile prestrii serviciilor auto; modul de contabilizare a veniturilor i cheltuielilor aferente
traficului de cltori; particularitile contabilitii cheltuielilor aferente activitii operaionale a
ntreprinderilor de transport auto; se argumenteaz cile de perfecionare a contabilitii
cheltuielilor legate de accidentele rutiere.
Importana teoretic: argumentarea problemelor privind recunoaterea, evaluarea i
contabilitatea veniturilor i cheltuielilor la ntreprinderile de transport auto.
nsemntatea practic: contabilitatea veniturilor i cheltuielilor la ntreprinderile de transport
auto i la autogri (autostaii); conturile analitice de eviden a veniturilor; contabilitatea
cheltuielilor aferente transporturilor de mrfuri, accidentelor rutiere.
Implementarea rezultatelor tiinifice: rezultatele cercetrilor n domeniul contabilitii
vnzrii biletelor de cltorie, contabilitii veniturilor i cheltuielilor aferente prestrii serviciilor
de transportare a mrfurilor snt implementate la trei ntreprinderi de transport auto.

To the Doctoral Thesis in Economics with the theme:
Characteristics of income and expenditure accounting in transport companies,
Gherasimov Mihail, Chisinau, 2011

Structure of the thesis: introduction, three chapters, conclusions and suggestions, bibliography
of 151 titles, 17 appendix, 122 pages of main text, 20 tables, 2 diagrams and 8 drawings. The
results were published in 9 scientific works.

Field of study: accounting.
Objective: the development of theoretical propositions, methodological principles and practical
recommendations to improve the income and expenditure accounting on transport companies.
Research objectives: refining the concept and the definition and classification of income and
expenditure in transport companies; setting up features of recognition and measurement of
income and expenditure for the provision of auto services; critical consideration of the practice
of accounting for income and expenditure from the carriage of goods; provision of freight and
other services and their improvement; costs associated with traffic accidents.
The topicality and originality of the research: the classification of income and expenditures in
transport companies; assessment and time of recognition of revenues and expenses depending on
the conditions of providing auto services; the accounting treatment of income for passenger
