You pay NO rental space fee!

The co-op owner must approve or deny any items that are being placed in the co-op.
A yearly co-op membership fee is due at the time of signing and will need to be renewed the first
of each year.
If you choose the work option, you are required to undergo orientation and be approved to work in
the co-op by the owner.
Sales commission checks will be processed the first week of each month for the prior months
sales.
Please bring only working, clean, and sellable items worthy of a space into the shop for sale.
Unclean, broken, garage sale items are not appropriate for the Co-op.
The individual or business should provide their own display unit that is approved by the owner of
the co-op or can use what shelves are available.
When setting up new items at the co-op you will need to provide an inventory list for us to keep on
file corresponding to your tagged items along with a copy to keep for your own records. It is your
responsibility as a member to keep this list of items brought into the co-op that are new (restock),
exchanging or being removed. The Co-op will provide a spreadsheet of your items sold at the end
of every month for your records.
Although the Co-op is located in a secure, alarm and passcode protected building, the co-op is not
responsible for damage, loss or theft of any of your items from the co-op.
Subcontracting to any other parties to sell under your membership is prohibited and will be
considered an automatic forfeiture of your membership status and total sale commission due to
you in the month in which the infraction occurs. Immediate removal of your items is required. We
will give you 15 days to remove your items with an additional $5.00 fee to be paid per day until
removal within a total of 30 days or items will become property of the Co-op at that time.
Because storage space is limited, if your new agreement is over 30 days late or you have chosen
to end your contract with the Co-op, we will give you 15 days to remove your items with an
additional $5.00 fee to be paid per day until removal within 30 days or items will become property
of the Co-op at that time. (commission rate remains on all sales)
Changes or alterations to the co-op agreement can occur at any time and are upon the discretion
of the co-op owner.
I hereby agree to this contract agreement:
