Rationale Statement

In observation to the teachers planning the teacher collaborates with members of the staff to

brainstorm ideas of what would be best practice in teaching an effective lesson plan for their

students. The teacher considers careful consideration on what the students needs are, and how

they will each reach their goals in a classroom setting.

In connection to what I learned about teachers are that they spend numerous hours to put a lesson

plan into place that will best suit the childrens needs. If individual students need extra

prompting or assessment the teacher will adapt to that policy.
