Its Shareholders

Geo Global Group Ltd. is no longer a quoted company; it will remain registered in the Marshall
Islands. Geo Global will manage its Registry in-house until further new arrangements are made.
Therefore any holders that held their shares through an Institution and desire to have such shares
issued in Certificate formats can contact Geo Global Group Ltd.

and its shares are no longer in the CREST system. Geo Global Group Ltd. will remain registered in the
Marshall Islands and will manage its Registry on an in-house basis until further new arrangements are

in Certificate formats, can contact Geo Global Group Ltd. Holders of Certificates issued through the
previous Registry manager can keep their existing certificates and can apply for any restructuring of
ownership at the same contact here above indicated.
