Materials required for the OSU Physics 1201 course in SP2017 are:

2) Online HomeWork PearsonMyLab and Mastering Access Card. If you bought this card for
Physics 1200 course, you can use the same card for Physics 1201 also. The access card is valid
for two years from the date of purchase. Online HW registration instructions can be found in

3) Lab manual Worksheets for Physics 1201 Laboratory, fourth edition. (Available on and
around campus bookstores).

purchased choosing a suitable option listed below. Approximate prices are given.

Option 1: Unbound text with access to online HW and etext $160. Available on and around
campus stores. OSU custom edition does not specify the edition number on the front cover
(ISBN is 9780321974990).

Option 2: Online etext only (no hardcopy) with access to online HW $100 (plus bookstore
markup) or ~$115 if purchased directly from the publisher, Pearson.

Option 3: Online HW access only (no etext or hardcopy) $70 available only directly from
Pearson. This option is a good choice for students who have a used book or have a borrowed
book.

Attention: If you are buying access card from elsewhere, please make sure the card
package displays Modified Mastering Physics.
