During the observation and plant visit, the


researchers identified several problems in
the warehouse management of SCPA. These
problems had a big impact on the operation
on the warehouse, especially in storing the
finished goods. The workers were also
interviewed and honestly agreed about the
problems they encounter in the warehouse.
