EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The proponent believes in creating a world where everyone has access to

decent jobs and equal opportunities. She wants to provide opportunities which

everyone can gain through proper training to acquire the needed skills and

competencies that fit the job requirements.

The purpose of this business plan is to show the viability of a preparatory

training center for the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Global Contact

Center Industry in the Philippines.

It aims to showcase the projected and expected financial outcomes and

data for its 1st year of operations.

This will also serve as a basis for investors and would-be investors to

encourage them to venture into this kind of business and persuade them to

invest in this company and this business idea.

It is proposed that ABG Learning Solutions will be formed under a

General Partnership Agreement amongst the general partners who have years of

experience in the BPO and Global Contact Center Industry, encompassing rank

and file, training, supervisory and managerial positions. Some of the partners

have academic degrees in education and other fields and passed their respective

professional regulatory certifications. Combined, the partners should have at

least 10 years of solid and credible experience which is crucial for the success of

the company.

As it will be shown, this business idea will realize its Return-on-Investment

(ROI) in less than a year given all circumstances in this proposal are met. Thus,

it will assure guaranteed profits and high investment returns for investors.
