Course Conduction –
Upon receipt of the documents, the same would be scrutinized and the registration letter containing
registration number and Login details would be issued. The study material along with CD with Identity card
would be sent to students address.

Online Assignments-
Online assignments can be submitted from any cyber café or personal computer having net connectivity and
also from comfort of students home. There are 2 assignments for the subject having 50% as passing criteria.
Online assignments have objective type of questions with no negative marking system.

Online Examination-

The exam cycle is March, June, September and December in a year. The date of examination is from 12 to 24
of respective months. Online exams are conducted at branches of Aptech across India. Online exams have
objective type of questions with no negative marking system.

The student can appear in the above said months for the exam, wherein the students can fill up exam form
and mail it to exam@mitsde.com After 5 days from receipt of the exam form, a booking link is opened on the
website for student which they can find after they have logged in. The student can book exam slots as per
their convenience wherein, the date, time, center of examination can be selected by the student. An auto
generated hall ticket would be generated and print out of the same needs to taken at exam center by the
student and be present at least half an hour before the exam starts.

Faculty Support-
The students are provided with contact details of the faculty for the subject and the queries would be
resolved online by respective faculties.

Certification-
The certification is done after completion of said duration of course only after the student has been evaluated
on basis of their assignments & examinations.

Admissions Procedure
» Admission form is attached along with this information brochure; it should be filled up and submitted along with
the supporting documents and fees in form of D.D or online payment through credit card, at MITSDE, Pune.
» If the student satisfies all admission and eligibility requirements, the identity card, self study material (books and
CD) along with registration letter containing user id and password are dispatched within 10 working days to
student's correspondence address.

Fees Payable by Installments

» To avail the installment facility students have to pay Administrative Charges of Rs 1000/- extra
» Delay in payment of second installment would incur late fee charges of Rs 1000/-
» The institute reserves the right to cancel the admission if delay in payments

Supporting Document Enclosures with Application Form

» Attested photocopy of the Degree/Diploma Certificate (in case of diploma holders experience certificate)
» Two copies of recent passport size colour photographs.
» Photo identity proof
» Full Fees to be paid in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “MIT School of Distance Education” payable
at Pune or by online payment through credit card/debit card.
» For non resident Indian / foreign nationals photocopy of passport /visa details is required.

Examination Cycle
» Flexible online examinations are conducted four times in a year i.e. March, June, September and December.
» Examination contains objective / multiple choice questions and passing marks are 50 out of 100.
» Students can appear for the exam from a location that is convenient to them at any one of the MIT's selected exam
centers mentioned on our website notice board.
» The Examination enrollment form present on our website needs to be filled up and sent along with D.D. of
examination fees to MITSDE at the time of examination.
» Your Exam score would be converted to 70% and added to your final score card.
» No negative marking system for online examination.
» Examination fees are Rs. 200 / USD 30 per attempt per subject payable in form of D.D. at the time of exam
enrollment.
» The dates for examination would be declared one month before the exam on website notice board, thus the student
can select the date, time and subject as per his /her convenience.
» The demo for slot booking is available on website notice board.

Assignments
» Assignment contains objective / multiple choice questions and passing marks are 50 out of 100.
» Assignments can be given from any cyber café or personal computer having internet connectivity.
» There are two assignments per subject which needs to be submitted before the examination.
» Your assignment score would be converted to 30% and added to your final score card.
» No negative marking system for online assignments
