June 2009 In collaboration with PT. PDPDE and PT. CNG developed a CNG filling
station in South Sumatra, under a joint venture company PT CNG Hilir
Raya.

December 2009 Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement between PT. PDPDE and PT.
Medco EP for Natural Gas Supply over 3 years.

March 2010 PT CNG HIlir Raya presided over the inauguration ceremony of CNG
filling station in Demang Lebar Daun Street, Palembang, South
Sumatra.
BACKGROUND
Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of South Sumatra
Province with PT Medco E&P Indonesia in the Development of Natural Gas for
Vehicles and Households (No.GMk-MoUO02/2006, 29 September 2006).

South Sumatra Governor Letter No. 541/4126a/Dispertamben/2007, 7 April

2007, about the Appointment of PT. PDPDE to follow-up the Memorandum of
Understanding between the Government of South Sumatra with PT Medco E&P
Indonesia.

Memorandum of Understanding between PT. PDPDE with PT. CNG in the

Development and Utilization of Natural Gas for Vehicles (No.
NKO1/PDPDE/SS/X/2008 and 007/MOU/PDPDE/CNG/X/2008, 10 October 2008).

Vehicles between the Government of Palembang with PT. PDPDE and DPC

OBJECTIVE
OBJECTIVE

To support the Government Program of the National Energy Policy.

To support the Program of Palembang City Government as a Green
International City through a Mass Transportation System, which pollution-
free with utilization of CNG for Motor Vehicle.
To develop infrastructure and facilities for NGV with the capacity of 0.5
MMSCFD.
To encourage public transportation owner to convert their vehicle into
NGV

Kesepakatan Kerjasama Pendukung: Nota Kesepahaman Kerjasama Pengembangan Bahan Bakar Gas
(BBG) untuk Kendaraan Bermotor antara Pemerintah Kota Palembang dengan PD Pertambangan dan
Energi (PDPDE) dan DPC ORGANDA Kota Palembang. (Nomor 551.21/471/Dishub/2009, Nomor
01NK/PPDE/SS/III/2009 dan 12/K/DPC-PLB/111/2009, tanggal 17 Maret 2009).
