Family Plan Application Form

The Oasis Club offers Family Mileage Pooling Program that allows the Family Head to quickly accumulate the miles, which can be used to obtain
free flights.
Add up to 8 Family Bonus Members to the account and eligible are spouse, children, siblings, parents/ parents in laws, grandparents,
grandchildren and two domestic servants (under the sponsorship of family head).
While a Family Bonus Member travels, must make sure that their own membership number is added to the reservation, as this will ensure that
their flight activity is automatically transferred to the Family Heads account and the account balance will remain zero.
Family members above the age of 12 will earn 100% of the miles flown, while Family Members between the age of 2 and 12 will earn 50% of
the miles flown. Family members are also eligible for First and Business class bonuses and elite qualification accordingly.
Miles earned on Family Heads account cannot be returned to the Family Bonus Members account and more than 3 changes are not allowed in
one year.
