1) Experience at kazi it center career boot camp2017:

The festival, titled Career Boot Camp, at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre
(BICC) in Dhaka gives me a lot of learning things. It was a big job festival which I was not
seen before. The boot camp organized in collaboration with Leveraging ICT for Growth,
Employment & Governance (LICT), a project of the governments Information and
Communication Technology (ICT) Division. Over 6,000 participants were presented at the
event to learn from the best trainers in Bangladesh and fortunately I was a participant
among them. A mix of fresh graduates and experienced aspirants joined the event. The boot
camp had some exciting sessions. Industry-leading speakers, career consultants including
Quazi M Ahmed, Lead Consultant & CEO of Future Leaders conducted a session on
Building Confidence and Positivity for Success at Workplace; G. Sumdany Don, Chief
Inspirational Officer at Don Sumdany Facilitation & Consultancy conducted a session on
Why Collaboration Matters; Ayman Sadiq, Founder and CEO, 10 Minute School
conducted a session on Professional Grooming for Dream Career; Jishu Tarafder, Chief
Consultant at CORPORATE COACH conducted a session on Creative Problem Solving;
customer service & business communications trainer Rushdina Khan conducted a session on
Effective Communication at Work and Moinuddin Chowdhury conducted a session on 7
Secrets to Learning English. I enjoyed the career boot camp 2017. It was helpful to me for
better understand some basic things.

2) Job responsibilities:
Job responsibilities varies by the job position. I am the candidate of Analyst-Business
Development (Day shift), Dhanmondi Branch. Though still now I am not an employee of
Kazi IT Center Ltd. In Kazi IT Center Ltd website there is no clearly said the analyst
business development job responsibility in Kazi IT Center Ltd. So it is little tough to say
about job responsibility accurately.
As a candidate of Analyst-Business Development, Job responsibilities will be
i. Maintain Business Relationships.
ii. Conduct Research.
iii. Interpret Data.
iv. Make Recommendations.
v. Keep Records.
The business analyst's primary objective is helping businesses implement technology
solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program.
