CLASS PROFILE
To help understand your students' learning needs, you will assemble a Class Profile early in the school year. You will synthesize available
assessment data about students and identify the range of learning needs; the process also involves considering the composition and use of flexible
groupings for instructional purposes.
Directions: Review and gather information using Synergy, Student Report Center, Health Records, CUM folders, Counselors, Case Managers, DIS

Carter is being tested for an IEP beginning next week, brain fog
tends to be a significant issue, some days he is not able to
remember our home address and some days he will remember
everything you tell him. I remind Carter daily that he needs to
be an advocate for himself, speak up, ask questions but
unfortunately at this point he still requires some guidance from
mom and dad.
Such a positive light in our studio. Kind, friendly, well-liked,
Juliette involved in school and fun to be around. Very helpful in the
studio and creative.
Plays field hockey, just tested and approved for an IEP. Loves
art, very creative, friendly but reserved. Kaitlynn enjoys

drawing, crafting, and spending time on electronic devices. She
likes art classes and lunch.
