5.3WiringAttention
A,
Note: The point hereis to preventinterferenceandits resultingeffects.Detailsasbelow:
Y
5.3.1 The enclosureof motor must be groundedand directly in connectionto PE, the ground
line (not the enclosureabsolutely). The dimensionof ground line shouldmore than 4mm2
and larger in caseof motorswith biger power.
5-3-2 The enclosureof control cabinetmustbe groundedand directly in connectionto PE, the
ground line; the groundingline of landing doors and car could be connectedto grounding
headof control cabinet. 1
5.3.3 The metal cover of landing floor box must be grounded to prevent the unit from
interferenceand damageresulting from static electricity that dischargeshigh voltage to
the board in caseof an arid climate.
5.3-4 To maximumly avoid the shielding cablesof rotary encoderin parallel to the power line
of motor.
5- 3. 5 When using multi-core cables,it's alwaysto avoid using high-volt circuits and low-volt
circuits within a samecore-line.In casethe cablehas free spacefor more applications,it's
practicableto leave the spacefor free rather than connectto high-volt circuits to reduce
and avoid interference.
5. 3. 6 According to the high interferencefrom VF door motor, the gounding of the car (door
motor) shouldn't be ignored when wiring. The grounding shall apply wiring of larger
dimensionor be carriedout by meansof multiple cables.

(3) Fault Record:recentfaults, eachof which includesfault code, fault occurringtime
and floor positionof the time.
(4) Run Count:availableto readthe informationof operationtimesand operationtime.
(5) SystemInfo: includingversionnumberof actualsoftwareand lift number.
(6) Input Status, available to monitor the achral status of each input/output on the
conholler.
B. Parameters,including:
(1) Lift Data: including parameterse.g. lift motor, traction machine, encoder and

It is strictly that, during the adjustment, the wiring of car board and door operatorshould accordto
electric diagrams.Besides, needto checkthe inputs of limit switches(Front door: P19, P20; Rear
door: P25,P26) corespondentlyafter door closedand opened. The connectionof this part should
be rightly doneto avoidany mis-connection.
In the event the door machineis not activated, following points are for your attention:
1. Securethe logic setting of the inputs (door open/closed).(door machinein the middle, NO
when P19 andP20 OFF,NC when P 19 and P20 ON)
2. Securethe settingof door affangement(front/reardoor) correctly.
