Created a 7 day meal plan to meet recommended dietary allowances (RDA) and budget requirements for a family of two who live
below the Memphis poverty line
The meal plan included 4 meals a day and met the specific RDA requirements for a 37 year old female and a 10 year old boy with a
budget of $61 a week
Nutritional value of the meals were calculated using Food Processor Nutrient Analysis software

Conducted a research project that involves altering various components in a recipe while maintaining overall acceptability
