Do you think business students are less likely to get admission in SBE this year compared to the
previous year? Why or why not? How NSU can increase the admission rate of SBE student?

Ans: After the Holey Artisan incident I think this year there is a negative effect on the admission
rate of business students. It can be either their parents are more concern about the security of
their son/ daughter or the students are not willing to because of the huge backlash. To increase
the admission rate of SBE students NSU can arrange seminar for students and parents to let
them know about the safety measures they have taken, flexible class timing and transport
facility can help students who come from a distant place, more scholarships and grants can
attract more talents and also by creating awareness about militancy and let people know that
there is zero tolerance for such act.

2. Discuss the reasons why business students choosing other university over NSU?

Ans: there are few reasons why business students choosing other universities over NSU. First of
all cost is the main issue as other universities offering almost same quality education with lower
cost. Grading policy is another reason why other universities are most preferable for lot of
business student. Lucrative grants and scholarship opportunities also attract many talents.
Finally location also plays an important role. Many well-known universities are located in such
areas where students can move easily and that make those universities more desirable for some
students.
