ABSTRACT
The next project or prototype will show the process design that how is going to be built step
by step and how will be the assembly the load system to convert a hard work to easy one, in
short words we will use as a main material a mini-car (it will be used as a representation to
move heavy materials), a rope and it needs to be a special rope (in the real life) dude that
needs to bear high tensions, as a complement the Mechanical Motor this needs to have
highly torque to move the load, and other additional components.
In order to have successful result we have done a research looking for a similar process
applied in the real life (these samples have helped us to have a better vision what we need)
and so on we were able to select the best one.
We have consulted information about samples of different geometric how could be our
limitations how many degrees the ramp needs to have as inclination anyway during the
process we will show formulas and estimations of how this project will work.
During Process Design we will add dimensions, features, etc, as well the shape of the
structure after all the process design, we will continue with the Process Assembly (The
Model), after that some other proofs to ensure that the Model will work correctly.

INTRODUCTION
1.1 Description
The reason to develop this Project, is about a load system (car) and this course projectr can
be applied in some of the different areas, for example “Mining, Conveyor, etc”,
One of the objectives to this project is give more security, ergonomic and better way to
work with any risks.
1.2 Background.
Research at the different areas of Mexico in the latest years, some areas of production or
where the project can be applied could be in the Mining Companies have started to develop
new business in the State of Durango, Sinaloa, Baja California looking for Gold, Silver,
Copper these materials are the most important for the mining companies and they want to
invest here in Mexico.
Other companies that implement Cableway System, with this kind of system can move,
people or into the industrial area heavy objects.
Due this increase, most of the companies need a New Load System and this one represent
an opportunity to implement these systems on their process.
This Project present design and development of Industrial Load System that satisficed all
the international norms for this type of products and all the specifications required from our
customers, this can achieve reduce cycle time of production and raise the benefits up. Every
customer can view the different load systems depending of what they have in mind and
needed.

1.3 Justification
The functionality of this Project will help to move with more efficient, reduce the risk to
get injured also it can move any material from one point to another through its system that
helps to carry heavy load and avoid people pulling with a rope.

The preserving principles and energy, gear ratio, electric model of a dc motor, will be used
as a Mathematical basis to obtain a state's representation model, in which contain
information about system speed in such information could be created a feedback controller
of some kind in which one can be required the system behavior.

NO SOLO VERBAL O
TEXTO).

4 RESULTS
Experimento #1

−𝑥1(∞) + 𝐾𝑠(Ѵ𝑖𝑛) − 𝑇
𝑻𝒔 = lim [ ]
𝑇→∞ 𝑥2(∞)
Experimento #2
𝟏 𝑲𝒔 𝑲𝒄
𝐥𝐢𝐦 [𝒙𝟐̇ = − (𝒙𝟐) + (Ѵ𝒊𝒏) + (𝑴 − 𝒎 𝐬𝐢𝐧 𝜽)] = 0
𝑻→∞ 𝑻𝒔 𝑻𝒔 𝑻𝒔
Entonces:
𝑥2(𝑇) − 𝐾𝑠(Ѵ𝑖𝑛)
𝑲𝒄 = [ ]
